Official Army Commendation – Color Us Flattered!

Friday, April 24th, 2009

It was never FOR the praise… it was to spread happiness and joy.   It’s about making this a better world to live in.  We’re just doing our part.   This isn’t just for me, but all those and Bake Me A Wish! and Soldiers’ Angels who make the Operation Birthday Cake program possible.

A Reminder Of Home

Wednesday, April 8th, 2009

I just wanted to thank you for the birthday cake that you sent.It meant a lot to me.Two Soldiers commented independently that while eat ing the cake  “If you close your eyes, it’s like your home!” It was that good. It is a very thoughtful thing you do sending birthday cakes half-way around the world for service members who are stuck in the day to day grind of operations over here. I just wanted to thank you.
Very Respectfully,

Brian poses with his S'More Birthday Cake.
