OPERATION: BIRTHDAY CAKE DAY in NYC!
Today is officially OPERATION: BIRTHDAY CAKE DAY in New York City! Mayor Bloomberg honored our event today by having Dep. Commissioner Joyner come down and present us an official proclamation. We had a fantastic event, and close to 2000 letters for soldiers were submitted!! We’ve posted a couple of initial photos from the AP feed below – thanks to everyone who helped make the event a huge success!

It really was an awesome event. I feel very honored and hope that I get a response to my letter. Question about the pictures. There was a gentleman who took my picture several times and I gave him my business card hoping to receive a copy of at least one picture. Did that happen to be anyone you may know? He had a beard. Thanks and keep up the excellent work!
