    Hi Angela, we are very prode of you. I wish I’d thought of that, mortgage apple cake. We are currently in the same situation, waiting for a mortgage modification. In the mean time, we’re failing further behind on our mortgage & taxes. I was laid off from IBM in July of 2002, earning $60k a year. I was let go 8 days short of my 25th yr and because of that I was denied a full pension. My annual income dropped to $9,500. I was forced to tap my 401k and now I owe the IRS interest & penalties, around than $30,000. I don’t know were to turn for help. I’m not looking for a hand out, just some assistance. I’m a hard worker and a giving person. I founded a local food drive program called Thanksgiving in April. During the month of April we have serviced upto a half dozen local food pantries & soup kitchens. This program has been running for ten years now but my ability & to continue has become difficult because of my own finacial situation.
    Any help or information you can give will be greatly appreciated.
    Keep up the good work. You have inspired me to have a bake sale. I make a mean choccolate chip cookie.
