Chocolate Mousse Torte Cake
Purchased as a BDAY gift for my mother who just turned 81. She used to make carrot cakes and knows what good ones taste like. Her comment, and that of my 83-year-old father, was that it is a bit too sweet, but other than that great. Had it been the correct sweetness less sweet, I would have given it 5 stars. Please consider a reduction in sugar, not only for taste, but for health.

The vanilla cake was absolutely delicious! It was soft, moist, and had the perfect amount of sweetness. The vanilla flavor was lovely without being overpowering, and the texture was light and fluffy. Definitely a cake Id happily order again!
