Blackout Cake
Im from the UK, home of the Victoria sponge cake, and lived in the US for 30 years. They are extremely hard to find in the US but I have ordered a couple over the years. But without exception, this Victoria Sponge was the best I have tasted by far, and as good as the best Ive tasted back home in the UK. Even though it was couriered to Dallas from NYC. BTW sprinkle confectioners sugar on top
