How do you ship a Banana Cream Pie?
To secure overnight service, gift orders must be placed by 4:30PM ET. We’ve worked with our delivery partner to provide the best available rate for your gift. Morning and Saturday deliveries are available and we can also ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional charge.
Every order will be confirmed via the email provided for your account. Along with confirmation, you will receive a verification that your order has shipped as well as confirmation that your order has arrived. Our gifts are perishable and on-time delivery is of utmost importance! As such, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Apartment numbers and suites for residential and business deliveries, as well as business names, must be included. Orders placed after 4:40PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day. Deliveries to Alaska & Hawaii are an additional $25.00; no international shipments. What happens if I provide the wrong address or an address with missing information?
If you discover after your order has shipped that there is a problem with the address, we do have options.
UPS Change of Address: UPS offers a service to intercept a package that is already in transit and change or update the shipping address. There is a charge of $18 and it typically will cause a one business day delay in delivery. You must contact our Customer Care team at 888-987-9474 and provide payment details before we can make the adjustment to the address of a package in transit. Once a change of address has been made with UPS and additional transit time is imposed on our perishable gifts, we no longer guarantee the freshness of our gifts.
IMPORTANT! Bake Me A Wish! cannot be held responsible for incorrect or omitted information. Any exception received, due to missing or bad information, immediately nullifies guaranteed delivery. Apartment numbers and suites for residential and business deliveries must be included for on-time delivery. Your cake will not be delivered on time without this information! UPS Will Call: UPS offers a service to hold your package at the nearest UPS customer center for pickup. There is no charge for this service. If you request the will call on the same day delivery is due, the local UPS driver will take your package to the customer center after their route is complete. We are unable to tell you a specific time the package will be available for pick up. You must contact the local UPS customer center. We will provide you with the address and phone number of the location. A government issued photo ID is required when shipping or picking up a package at a UPS Customer Center and must match the name of the receiver on the shipping label. Please note: UPS Will Call option not offered for all locations due to UPS restrictions

Pie arrived quickly and was still frozen. We put it right in the fridge had it delivered the day before my husbands birthday so it would be thawed out when we needed it. He absolutely loved it! Was so surprised it traveled so far and tasted amazing. Best birthday pie he has had so far even compared with the best local bakeries. Will definitely order from again!

I ordered this for my father the day after Fathers Day because he did not receive it from my sibling I tasked with dessert. My dad acted like it was no big deal but when he got his pie in the mail his face lit up, he grabbed a fork and ate half of it out of the container right then! The reason I only gave 4 stars was it got smashed up on one side.
