Frequently Asked Questions
Is it possible to edit the card message or address on a Berkeley order?
Contact Customer Care before 3:30 p.m. Eastern on the shipping date, or before 11 a.m. for personalized and theme cakes. Changes may close earlier during holiday shipping once a label is created. Wait for an updated confirmation showing the correction.
Where does a cake go when it is sent to a student residence hall in Berkeley?
Campus gifts usually arrive at a mail center, front office or another receiving point. Ask the institution for its current mailing instructions and pickup process. Receiving hours may limit which delivery date will work.
Will the cake stay cold during shipping to Berkeley?
Insulated packaging and cooling materials help protect the gift during transit. Follow the enclosed instructions when it arrives. If dry ice remains, don't touch it with bare skin.
