Frequently Asked Questions
Are there dates when you cannot deliver to Bonita Springs?
The calendar blocks unavailable dates, including Sundays, certain holidays and some days following holidays. Summer Mondays from Memorial Day through Labor Day are also excluded. Choose a date offered for your order.
Does the cake need to be refrigerated when it arrives in Bonita Springs?
Unpack the dessert promptly and follow its care label. Layer cakes and cheesecakes generally need refrigeration and keep for up to five days. Cakes can be frozen for up to two months, while other gift types have different instructions.
Will UPS call the recipient in Bonita Springs before delivering?
You should not expect a phone call from the driver. Let the recipient know the planned arrival date and use the UPS link to follow the package. That is particularly useful when gifts are received by an office or mail center.
