Frequently Asked Questions
What if I forgot to enter a promo code on my Bowie order?
Customer Care can help apply a forgotten code if the order hasn't shipped. You cannot use two or more discount offers together. Confirm the code's terms when requesting it be added.
Can the address be corrected after a cake has shipped to Bowie?
Contact Customer Care to review options for a package already in transit. A paid address change generally adds a business day and removes the freshness guarantee when transit time is extended. Will Call pickup may be another option where UPS permits it.
Can a cake be delivered to Bowie on a Saturday?
Saturday delivery is an extra-cost option where UPS offers it for the address. Confirm that a school or business can receive the package that day. Sunday delivery is unavailable.
