Frequently Asked Questions
How can I find out where the package was left in Concord?
The UPS record identifies when and where the package was delivered. A delivery confirmation email follows approximately an hour later. For a campus or office, check with receiving staff if the package hasn't reached the recipient.
Do you deliver cakes throughout Concord?
Bake Me A Wish! ships to U.S. homes, businesses and educational addresses by UPS. Enter the complete destination to check available dates for your order. U.S. territories are excluded, and overseas military gifts use a separate program.
Will the recipient in Concord have to sign for the package?
The standard delivery doesn't require a signature. Request a signature requirement before shipping if you'd prefer one. Coordinate with the recipient so the cake can be received and brought inside.
