Frequently Asked Questions
Why are some delivery dates for Conway grayed out on the calendar?
Unavailable dates appear grayed out. Restrictions include Sundays, certain holiday dates and summer Mondays between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Use the offered dates for your selected order instead of assuming every weekday is available.
Do you offer AM delivery in Conway?
Ask Customer Care whether a paid UPS AM upgrade is available for the address. The AM window is 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., rather than a guaranteed exact hour. It isn't offered on Saturdays.
Is it possible to edit the card message or address on a Conway order?
Contact Customer Care before the alteration deadline on the shipping date. It is 3:30 p.m. Eastern for cakes and 11 a.m. for personalized and theme cakes. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled or altered, and holiday labels may close changes earlier.
