Will you call my recipient before delivery is attempted?
Though your recipients phone number is printed on the UPS shipping label unfortunately, UPS drivers do not carry company cell phones and cannot contact your recipient before, upon, nor following a delivery attempt.
What is the latest time to place an order for next day delivery?
Our weekday order cutoff time is 4:30pm EST (11:00 am EST Personalized/Theme cakes). In order to have a gift delivered the following day, your order must be submitted before the cutoff time. Orders received after 4:30pm EST Mon-Fri will be processed the following business day.
What are some helpful tips I should keep in mind to ensure a successful delivery to a hotel/motel?
We highly recommend when entering the delivery address to note by your recipient's name if they are a Guest or an Employee of the business as to reduce confusion for delivery by the employees of the business.
