Frequently Asked Questions
Which days are unavailable for delivery to Franklin?
Unavailable dates appear grayed out. Restrictions include Sundays, certain holiday dates and summer Mondays between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Use the offered dates for your selected order instead of assuming every weekday is available.
Can the address be corrected after a cake has shipped to Franklin?
Call Customer Care promptly if a shipped order has the wrong address. A UPS address change may involve a fee and extra transit time, which removes the freshness guarantee. A Will Call pickup may be available at an eligible customer center.
Do you have gluten-free options I can send to Franklin?
The site has a Gluten-Free Gifts collection with current products. Check the item details and ask Customer Care about any ingredient concerns. Ingredient and nutrition information also accompany the gift.
