Frequently Asked Questions
How do you keep a cake fresh on its way to Jamaica?
Insulated packaging and coolants protect the cake on its journey. Bake Me A Wish! backs shipments with its freshness policy. Follow the handling and storage directions supplied with the product after it arrives.
Is there a way to have a Jamaica gift arrive earlier in the day?
Customer Care can check UPS AM availability and arrange the extra-cost service. Eligible AM deliveries use an 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. window. Saturday AM delivery isn't an option.
How do I address a cake for an apartment building in Jamaica?
Use the exact unit number rather than only the building address. The recipient's first and last name should identify who the gift is for. If their door is inaccessible, tracking may show delivery to the front office instead.
