Frequently Asked Questions
Which days are unavailable for delivery to Livermore?
Unavailable dates appear grayed out. Restrictions include Sundays, certain holiday dates and summer Mondays between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Use the offered dates for your selected order instead of assuming every weekday is available.
Can a discount code be added to a Livermore order after checkout?
Customer Care can help apply a forgotten code if the order hasn't shipped. You cannot use two or more discount offers together. Confirm the code's terms when requesting it be added.
How do I address a cake for an apartment building in Livermore?
Use the exact unit number rather than only the building address. The recipient's first and last name should identify who the gift is for. If their door is inaccessible, tracking may show delivery to the front office instead.
