Frequently Asked Questions
Can a discount code be added to a McKinney order after checkout?
Contact Customer Care about the missed code before your order ships. Only one discount offer can be used on an order. Check eligibility for the promotion when requesting the adjustment.
Is Saturday delivery an option for McKinney?
You can request Saturday delivery as a paid upgrade if UPS offers it for the destination. Contact Customer Care before shipment and by 4 p.m. Eastern to add the service. It does not provide Sunday delivery.
How late in the day can I order a cake for McKinney?
For cakes, the weekday processing deadline is 4:30 p.m. Eastern. Personalized and theme cakes have an 11 a.m. deadline. The cutoff alone doesn't establish next-day availability, so review the item's delivery calendar.
