Frequently Asked Questions
What are my options if the Midland address on my order is incomplete?
Contact Customer Care to review options for a package already in transit. A paid address change generally adds a business day and removes the freshness guarantee when transit time is extended. Will Call pickup may be another option where UPS permits it.
How late in the day can I order a cake for Midland?
Complete the order by 4:30 p.m. Eastern on a weekday for same-day processing eligibility. Personalized and theme cakes must be ordered by 11 a.m. Check the delivery calendar before relying on next-day arrival.
How will I know my gift to Midland has shipped?
Use the UPS link in your shipping email to follow the package. You can also sign in, open My Account, select View My Orders and use Track for the order.
