Frequently Asked Questions
Do you deliver cakes throughout Midlothian?
Enter the recipient's complete address to see the dates offered for the gift. UPS handles domestic deliveries to homes, businesses and campuses. Missing unit or suite details can affect delivery, so verify them before checkout.
What if I entered the wrong address for a Midlothian delivery?
Contact Customer Care to review options for a package already in transit. A paid address change generally adds a business day and removes the freshness guarantee when transit time is extended. Will Call pickup may be another option where UPS permits it.
Will UPS call the recipient in Midlothian before delivering?
UPS does not phone the recipient before or during delivery. Tell someone at the address when the perishable gift is expected. Use tracking to follow its progress.
