Frequently Asked Questions
Will the cake stay cold during shipping to Milton?
Insulated packaging and cooling materials help protect the gift during transit. Follow the enclosed instructions when it arrives. If dry ice remains, don't touch it with bare skin.
What are my options if the Milton address on my order is incomplete?
Before shipment, request a correction within the alteration deadline. Once shipped, Customer Care can discuss a paid UPS address change or a Will Call hold where available. Extra transit time from an address change removes the freshness guarantee.
Can I send a gluten-free dessert to someone in Milton?
The Gluten-Free Gifts collection lists the current options. Review the selected item's ingredients and contact Customer Care about allergies before ordering. Gluten-free does not mean nut-free or suitable for every dietary need.
