Frequently Asked Questions
What is the deadline to change my Morgantown order?
Contact Customer Care before 3:30 p.m. Eastern on the shipping date, or before 11 a.m. for personalized and theme cakes. Changes may close earlier during holiday shipping once a label is created. Wait for an updated confirmation showing the correction.
How do deliveries to a college or school in Morgantown work?
Ask the campus how to address a perishable UPS gift and when its receiving office is open. Most student gifts are accepted centrally rather than delivered to a room. Confirm the pickup process with the student before ordering.
Do you have gluten-free options I can send to Morgantown?
The Gluten-Free Gifts collection lists the current options. Review the selected item's ingredients and contact Customer Care about allergies before ordering. Gluten-free does not mean nut-free or suitable for every dietary need.
