Frequently Asked Questions
Which days are unavailable for delivery to Murfreesboro?
Some holidays and the following day may be unavailable, along with Sundays. Mondays between Memorial Day and Labor Day are blocked for summer shipping. The calendar shows which dates you can choose for the order.
What are my options if the Murfreesboro address on my order is incomplete?
Call Customer Care promptly if a shipped order has the wrong address. A UPS address change may involve a fee and extra transit time, which removes the freshness guarantee. A Will Call pickup may be available at an eligible customer center.
What details are needed for an office delivery in Murfreesboro?
Address the gift to the recipient at the named company, with the street, suite or floor and ZIP code included. Verify that the business will be open on the chosen date. A weekend address should be checked especially carefully.
