On-time delivery is of utmost importance to us and our delivery service provider, UPS. If you experience complications with the delivery of your order you may be eligible for a refund on your shipping amount or the total order amount if the gift is damaged. Contact our Customer Care Department either by phone (888-987-9474) or email ([email protected]) as soon as possible so that we may investigate and offer you resolutions to any late or damaged shipments. Please be advised that we must receive notification no later than 14 days after the package is received in order to process a reship or refund.

AM service can be added to your order if offered by UPS to the delivery address. UPS AM delivery upgrade is $10.00 and can only be added by contacting our Customer Care team (888-987-9474) or email ([email protected]). Sadly UPS does not offer Saturday AM delivery service. UPS AM deliveries are made between 8 am and 1 pm.

If a gift delivery is refused by the recipient, and the shipping address to which the gift was sent was complete and correct, please be advised that Bake Me A Wish! cannot be held responsible. In such circumstances, we are unable to provide a refund or complimentary reship. Once the gift’s delivery is refused and sent back with the UPS driver, it cannot be re-used/re-sent and must be destroyed.

Most colleges/universities have their own protocol for addressing and receiving packages. We highly recommend contacting the place to which you wish to send the gift and find out information regarding their on-site mail process to ensure delivery to your student. Simply tell them you're trying to send a perishable gift to someone there via UPS, and they will be able to tell you the exact address to which the package must be sent. Most educational institutions will not give the UPS driver access to their grounds/facilities to search out a recipient directly for the safety of the students and staff, so the package must be received by a central location (college/dorm mail center, front desk/reception, shipping dock, etc.). Once received, the mailing center shall either deliver the package to your recipient or alert him/her of its arrival for pick-up. **Additionally, many educational institutions can only receive deliveries Monday through Friday, and do not allow for Saturday deliveries. Given the perishable nature of our products, it is always best to find out as much information as possible before ordering to ensure your gift is received in a timely manner (i.e., how to fill out the UPS shipping label properly, where specifically the package will be delivered to, who will sign for it, etc.).
