Frequently Asked Questions
What are my options if the Pompano Beach address on my order is incomplete?
Before shipment, request a correction within the alteration deadline. Once shipped, Customer Care can discuss a paid UPS address change or a Will Call hold where available. Extra transit time from an address change removes the freshness guarantee.
What details are needed for an office delivery in Pompano Beach?
Include the recipient, company, street address, suite or floor, city, state and ZIP code. Business delivery is by 5 p.m. local time with complete address details. Check that the business will be open to receive it.
Do you offer AM delivery in Pompano Beach?
Customer Care can arrange a paid UPS AM upgrade where that service is available. Its delivery window is 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday AM service is not offered.
