Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a way to have a Reston gift arrive earlier in the day?
Ask Customer Care whether a paid UPS AM upgrade is available for the address. The AM window is 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., rather than a guaranteed exact hour. It isn't offered on Saturdays.
Can I have the recipient's name added to a cake going to Reston?
A name can be added to select products in the Personalized Cakes category. Choose an eligible cake and review its customization fields. Complete the order by 11 a.m. Eastern on a weekday for same-day processing eligibility.
What details are needed for an office delivery in Reston?
Address the gift to the recipient at the named company, with the street, suite or floor and ZIP code included. Verify that the business will be open on the chosen date. A weekend address should be checked especially carefully.
