Carrot Cake

Purchased as a BDAY gift for my mother who just turned 81. She used to make carrot cakes and knows what good ones taste like. Her comment, and that of my 83-year-old father, was that it is a bit too sweet, but other than that great. Had it been the correct sweetness less sweet, I would have given it 5 stars. Please consider a reduction in sugar, not only for taste, but for health.
