Frequently Asked Questions
Are there dates when you cannot deliver to Salina?
The calendar blocks unavailable dates, including Sundays, certain holidays and some days following holidays. Summer Mondays from Memorial Day through Labor Day are also excluded. Choose a date offered for your order.
How many people do your cakes serve for a celebration in Salina?
Most standard cakes are 7 inches with about 6 to 8 servings. Larger 10-inch and quarter sheet options suit bigger groups. Check the product page's serving guidance instead of assuming every flavor comes in every size.
What are my options if the Salina address on my order is incomplete?
Contact Customer Care to review options for a package already in transit. A paid address change generally adds a business day and removes the freshness guarantee when transit time is extended. Will Call pickup may be another option where UPS permits it.
