Frequently Asked Questions
What if I entered the wrong address for a Tacoma delivery?
Call Customer Care promptly if a shipped order has the wrong address. A UPS address change may involve a fee and extra transit time, which removes the freshness guarantee. A Will Call pickup may be available at an eligible customer center.
Can I request morning delivery for a cake going to Tacoma?
Customer Care can check UPS AM availability and arrange the extra-cost service. Eligible AM deliveries use an 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. window. Saturday AM delivery isn't an option.
How is a cake packaged for the trip to Tacoma?
Insulated packaging and coolants protect the cake on its journey. Bake Me A Wish! backs shipments with its freshness policy. Follow the handling and storage directions supplied with the product after it arrives.
