Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose an arrival date for a cake to Tallahassee?
After selecting the gift and entering the address, review the checkout calendar. Choose one of the available arrival dates rather than assuming the occasion date is offered.
Does the shipping address need the apartment number?
Yes. Use the complete unit address and recipient name. Omitted apartment details can delay delivery, so review the shipping information before ordering.
How do I know the gift was delivered?
Review the shipment’s tracking information for delivery status and the recorded receiving location. Order information is also available through your account.
