Frequently Asked Questions
What are my options if the University Park address on my order is incomplete?
Before shipment, request a correction within the alteration deadline. Once shipped, Customer Care can discuss a paid UPS address change or a Will Call hold where available. Extra transit time from an address change removes the freshness guarantee.
Is it possible to edit the card message or address on a University Park order?
Contact Customer Care before 3:30 p.m. Eastern on the shipping date, or before 11 a.m. for personalized and theme cakes. Changes may close earlier during holiday shipping once a label is created. Wait for an updated confirmation showing the correction.
What should I check before sending a cake to a campus address in University Park?
The institution sets the receiving instructions, so confirm them with the school first. UPS usually leaves campus gifts at a central receiving location. Make sure the student understands how and when to collect the perishable package.
