Frequently Asked Questions
Is it possible to edit the card message or address on a Wesley Chapel order?
Contact Customer Care before the alteration deadline on the shipping date. It is 3:30 p.m. Eastern for cakes and 11 a.m. for personalized and theme cakes. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled or altered, and holiday labels may close changes earlier.
Why are some delivery dates for Wesley Chapel grayed out on the calendar?
Unavailable dates appear grayed out. Restrictions include Sundays, certain holiday dates and summer Mondays between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Use the offered dates for your selected order instead of assuming every weekday is available.
Can I add a card to my gift for someone in Wesley Chapel?
A card is included, so you don't need to arrange one separately. Add a personal message of up to 250 characters when ordering. The card reflects the occasion selected for the gift.
