Frequently Asked Questions
Does someone in West Bloomfield need to sign for the cake?
A signature isn't required by default. If you want one, request it before the gift ships. Let the recipient know about the package so they can collect the perishable gift.
Do you offer AM delivery in West Bloomfield?
Ask Customer Care whether a paid UPS AM upgrade is available for the address. The AM window is 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., rather than a guaranteed exact hour. It isn't offered on Saturdays.
Can a missed promo code be added to my order for West Bloomfield?
Ask Customer Care to apply a missed promo code before the order ships. Discounts cannot be combined. Check the terms of the promotion you're using.
