Flat-Rate Military Shipping via the USPS is $15.00 per gift. Please allow about 2-3 weeks ship time for delivery to an APO/FPO/DPO address. Our gifts are perishable and timely delivery is of utmost importance -- we cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect/incomplete addresses submitted. The correct military address format must be included for delivery. PLEASE NOTE: the delivery date you select can ONLY be a requested delivery date, as we have no direct control over the military's shipping process. Actual ship time varies, depending on factors such as where specifically a recipient is located, how often their Post receives mail deliveries, and how frequently a recipient is able to retrieve his/her mail from their Post. Once we give the outgoing military shipments over to the US Postal Service, the delivery is completely out of our hands, and solely up to the USPS and US Military.

 How do I store my gourmet bakery gift?
We recommend removing the gift from the cooler as soon as possible to rest at room temperature for up to one hour before enjoying. You can leave the shrinkwrap on the gift until you serve. Our gifts stay good in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months. All care instructions are listed on the cake labels Refrigerated cakes (layer cakes, cheesecakes): good for 5 days refrigerated Brownie / coffee cakes/4-inch cakes: good for 5 days, non-refrigerated and covered Frozen: all cakes can be frozen for 2 months. Cookies / brownies: eat within 5 days. Do not freeze, do not refrigerate.
What if I need to cancel/alter my order?
To cancel your order, correct the address or make any alteration to the occasion or greeting card, please call our Customer Care Team directly at 888-987-9474 or email at [email protected]. Alteration requests must be received no later than 3:30 pm Eastern Time (11:00 am EST Personalized/Theme cakes) on the date of shipment (i.e., before the gift physically ships out). Once an order has shipped or the cut off time has passed, the order may not be cancelled or altered. Once the alteration has been made to an order you will receive an updated order confirmation. Emailed requests will receive an emailed confirmation of the change. Please note During holiday shipping, gifts may not be able to be altered after a shipping label is created
Can I have a gift delivered outside of the 50 United States?
Our gifts can be delivered anywhere domestically within the United States as we ship your gifts with UPS. We are also able to ship gifts to US Military personnel across the seas stationed at US military bases (FPO, APO, APE, DPO).
