First time ordering a cake for someone and this has been great! My friend is allergic to gluten and I live in China so I had my fingers crossed. There were 4 cakes in there, didn't expect that so that was lovely! He also said and I quote Don't have the weird almost gritty aftertaste a lot of gluten-free products do.He loved it. 1010!
