To secure overnight service, gift orders must be placed by 4:30PM ET. We’ve worked with our delivery partner to provide the best available rate for your gift. Morning and Saturday deliveries are available and we can also ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional charge.
Every order will be confirmed via the email provided for your account. Along with confirmation, you will receive a verification that your order has shipped as well as confirmation that your order has arrived. Please put bakemeawish.com on your safe sender list so that you do not miss these important messages.
Our gifts are perishable and on-time delivery is of utmost importance! As such, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Apartment numbers and suites for residential and business deliveries, as well as business names, must be included. Please ensure you have the full address - delays due to missing or wrong information will nullify guaranteed delivery. We want your gift to arrive fresh and delicious!
Orders placed after 4:40PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day. Deliveries to Alaska & Hawaii are an additional $25.00; no international shipments. Where can my gift be delivered?
How do I track my package?
The evening that your package ships out you will be emailed a UPS tracking number around 6:00 PM EST.
You can also track your gift and view the details of your past and present orders, by viewing your account on our website.
Log into your account by using your email address and password on our website. Once logged in, click on 'MY ACCOUNT', 'VIEW MY ORDERS'. Click on 'TRACK' to view your gifts location through UPS.
If your item has been issued a tracking number, it will appear under the shipping info. (tracking numbers are typically issued by 6pm EST the evening your order ships out, typically 1-2 days before the scheduled delivery date.) You can click where it says 'TRACK' under the UPS tracking number, and you will be taken to the detailed UPS tracking information.
UPS will update your tracking details as soon as it has been delivered. Within approximately an hour you will receive a confirmation of delivery email.
