Cake was good. Delivery was punctual. Satisfied with the quality. However, right after placing the order I realized a mistake and wanted to cancel the order. I sent a mail for the same but my order was not cancelled. I tried calling the number but nobody picked up. The only complaint is it wasn't shipped in a container with an ice pack, so when the cake arrived the icing had melted.. Very rich and delicious chocolate cake! If you are a chocolate lover you will want to order this cake. One small problem was the delivery time. It arrived late evening around 6pm on the day I requested. It arrived on the correct day only later than I expected. It was also slightly damaged. Even though it arrived damaged it was very tasty.
